We use primary sources: Bybit's help centre and legal documents, regulator registers, and reports by independent auditors. Press coverage may point us at a story, but it never becomes a fact on this site on its own. Where sources conflict, we publish the conflict rather than picking the convenient version.
Numbers
Every figure on this site — a fee, a limit, a bonus, a licence number — is tied to a record in an internal fact register that stores the source URL, the date it was checked and an expiry date. Legal and referral facts expire after 30 days; fees, bonuses and product availability after 7. When a record expires, the page that depends on it is blocked from publishing until someone re-checks it. If we cannot verify a number, we describe the mechanism in words rather than inventing a figure.
Claims we do not make
We do not promise profits or describe any trading as risk-free. We do not give personalised investment, tax or legal advice. We do not call a company or a domain fraudulent without a verifiable official decision. We do not state that a service is legal for you in your country — we describe the entity, the regulator register entry and the published restrictions, and leave the conclusion to you and your adviser.

Drafting may be AI-assisted. Publishing is not. Every page is fact-checked against the source register and approved by a human reviewer whose name appears on the page. Pages that merely restate an existing page are merged or dropped rather than published for the sake of a URL.
Corrections and updates
Each page shows when it was last reviewed. Substantive corrections are logged on the corrections page rather than silently edited away.
